A cover page provides a quick “at-a-glance” understanding of the patient’s evaluation results and clearly states:

• Patient information
• Diagnosis
• Etiology
• Effects on Daily Living
• Recommendations
• Recommended Re-evaluation

An easy to read MARS Evaluation Score table is organized by function (e.g., memory, IQ, etc.) and problem scores are flagged. When the patient has been tested more than once (e.g., with a follow-up), both sets of scores are presented and improvements and declines in specific areas of cognitive functioning are flagged.

A detailed report with table of contents provides a detailed discussion of all aspects of the patient’s evaluation and performance on the evaluation. The detailed report is several, single-spaced pages.
